Friendship

I dedicate this post to my most wonderful friends. Despite what I may say about friendship below I am glad to have you all in my life, your amazing people, I'll love you for a very VERY VERY long time.

I happen to believe that friendship is one of the most interesting and complex aspects of the human condition.
It is said that your friends are the family you choose for yourself, and in many ways I agree.
Good friends are hard to find but once you’ve found them you love them, some people love them even more than their blood relations. Old friends can be as infuriating and annoying as any family member.
Friendship can be as much about jealousy and betrayal as it is about love and support.
This may be true of all relationships but friendship has the added element of choice; you choose your friends but for some reason it is much more difficult to choose to ditch them.

  1. Relationship between Jesus and Judah is actually not friendship but mentor and pupil.

Friendship is possible only between equal.
